1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Bulldog Sports Collectibles. By accessing or using bulldogsportscollectibles.com (the "Site") or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase. By ordering, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Products and Pricing
We sell trading cards, sealed collectible products, and related supplies. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display products and pricing accurately, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel any order affected by a pricing or description error, even after an order is confirmed.

4. Product Descriptions and Images
Product images may include official manufacturer stock images that represent the item but may not depict the exact unit you receive. Sealed products are sold as-is, and we make no representation regarding pack contents, pull results, or resale value. The collectibles market is inherently variable, and past values do not guarantee future values.

5. Orders and Acceptance
Your submission of an order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, resale restrictions, or product availability. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund for that order.

6. Payment
Payment is processed securely at checkout through our authorized payment providers. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

7. Shipping
Shipping terms, handling times, and rates are described in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

8. Returns and Refunds
All sales are final except as described in our Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Sealed product is not returnable once an order has shipped.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including logos, text, graphics, and the Bulldog Sports Collectibles name, is our property or used with permission and is protected by applicable law. Manufacturer trademarks and product images belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission.

10. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, to submit fraudulent orders, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties
